Fresh Flower Satisfaction Policy
At Wempen’s Garden Center, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality flowers. Because flowers are a natural product, variations in bloom size, color, and longevity can occur. Proper care also plays an important role in how long flowers last.
If you are unhappy with the freshness or quality of your flowers, please let us know — we want to make it right.
Our Policy

Concerns must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery

Please provide a photo of the arrangement and your order information

Flowers must have been properly cared for (watered, kept in a suitable environment, etc.)
Resolution Options
Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following:

Replacement of the affected flowers

Store credit

Partial refund (when appropriate)
Please Note

We cannot guarantee flower life beyond normal expectations

Issues reported after several days may not qualify for replacement

Refunds are not offered for dissatisfaction with color preferences, flower substitutions or minor natural variations
